Chap. 52.—An ACT authorizing the board of supervisors of Pittsylvania, Henry
and Patrick counties to make appropriations for the expenses of the judge of
the seventh judicial circuit. [fH B 96]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
boards of supervisors of Pittsylvania, Henry and Patrick counties
are hereby severally authorized to appropriate and pay annually
such sums as said boards may deem proper for the expenses of the
judge of the seventh judicial circuit, provided that the amount an-
nually appropriated by the board of supervisors of Pittsylvania
county shall not exceed four hundred and seventy-five dollars, and
the amount annually appropriated by the board of supervisors of
Henry county shall not exceed one hundred and seventy-five dol-
lars, and the amount appropriated by the board of supervisors of
Patrick county shall not exceed one hundred and fifty dollars.
2. This act shall become effective on July first, one thousand,
nine hundred and twenty-eight.
