Chap. 400.—An ACT to amend and re-enact chapter 413 of the acts of 1926,
entitled an act to prescribe the open and closed seasons for partridge and
deer in the county of Dinwiddie, approved March 24, 1926. [H B 317]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
open season for the hunting, killing or capture of partridge (quail)
in the county of Dinwiddie shall be from November fifteenth to Jan-
uary fifteenth, both dates inclusive, and the open season for the hunt-
ing, killing or capture of deer in the county of Dinwiddie shall be from
November fifteenth to December thirty-first, both dates inclusive, in
each year.
2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this act shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, on conviction thereof, shall be
punished by a fine of not less than five dollars nor more than fifty
dollars for each offense.
