Chap. 382.—An ACT to make certain appropriations from the general funds of
the State treasury, to the State board of health, to be used at the Medical
College of Virginia for the treatment of orthopedic cases. [S B 329]

Whereas, it has heretofore been customary for the general as-
embly to appropriate certain funds for the treatment of orthopedic
ases; and,
Whereas, no such appropriation is provided for in the budget,
r in the general appropriation bill for the biennium ending [eb-
wary twenty-eight, nineteen hundred and thirty; and,
Whereas, funds provided for the treatment of such cases, from
ther sources, are entirely inadequate. Now, therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That there
e, and is hereby appropriated out of the general funds of the State
‘easury not otherwise appropriated, for the State board of health,
> be used only in the treatment of orthopedic cases, at the Medical
ollege of Virginia. For the year ending February twenty-eight,
ineteen hundred and twenty-nine, the sum of five thousand dollars.
