Soldiers Home, to renew a certain note for ten thousand dollars. [S B 256]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
board of visitors of R. E. Lee Camp Soldiers’ Home, 1s hereby au-
thorized and empowered to renew from time to time, the note of
ten thousand ($10,000.00) dollars now outstanding and held by
the State-Planters Bank and Trust Company of Richmond, author-
ized by an act of the general assembly, approved March tenth,
nineteen hundred and twenty-two, provision for the payment of
interest on which has been incorporated in the annual budgets of
the State of Virginia.
