1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That each
of the boards of supervisors of the counties of King and Queen,
I’ssex and Middlesex be, and they are hereby, authorized, in their
discretion, to prohibit the running at large of dogs in such counties

for such period or periods of time during each year as they may
aetermine.
