house of Surry county, in the village of Surry, a part of each of the three
magisterial districts of said county of Surry. (S B 387]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the lot
of land, on which is located the courthouse for the county of Surry.
in the village of Surry be, and the same hereby is, declared a part ot
each of the three magisterial districts of the said county of Surry.
