Chap. 302.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 2 of chapter 42 of the acts
of 1901-2, as heretofore amended, entitled an act to incorporate the town of
Fries in Grayson county, Virginia, approved December 21, 1901. [H B 362]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
two of chapter forty-two of the acts of nineteen hundred and one-two,
as heretofore amended, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as
tollows:
Section 2. Beginning at a point on the south bank of New river at
the Carroll-Grayson county line, thence with said line to a point where
said Carroll-Grayson county line crosses the Ivanhoe road, thence
westwardly with said road to the intersection of the Stevens Creek
road, thence south sixteen west to a point on the Independence road,
thence across New river to the south butment of dam, thence down
said river and binding thereon to the beginning.
2. An emergency existing this act shall be in force from its passage.
