to make appropriations for the expenses of the judge of the thirty-third

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
board of supervisors of the county of Wise be, and the same is
hereby, authorized and empowered to appropriate annually a sum
of money not exceeding the sum of five hundred dollars per year
for the expenses of the judge of the thirty-third judicial circuit.
