ofhce of the director of the division of motor vehicles which are unnecessary,
or, which it is unnecessary to preserve for over a limited period. [H B 203]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
director of the division of motor vehicles, with the approval of the
governor, be, and he is hereby, authorized and empowered, after
any paper or record has remained in his office for a period of three
years, and which it is unnecessary to preserve as a permanent
record, to destroy the same.
