Williamsburg, lying in the angle of Francis street and England street, and
the “Travis lot,” lying in the said city, in the angle of Henry street and

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
board of directors of the Eastern State Hospital at Williamsburg, be,
and it is hereby, authorized and empowered to sell and convey, for such
consideration, and upon such terms and conditions as, in the judgment
of the said board, may be deemed reasonable and proper, the “Bright
lot,” lying in the city of Williamsburg, in the angle formed by Francis
street and England street, and the “Travis lot,” lying in said city, in
the angle formed by Henry street and Francis street.
