Chap. 147.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled, an act to authorize the hustings
court of the city of Roanoke, or the judge thereof in vacation to appoint a
bail commissioner for the city of Roanoke, approved March 24, 1926, page
530, of acts of 1924, and to abolish the powers and duties of any bail com-
missioner. [S B 59]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an
act entitled an act to authorize the hustings court of the city of
Roanoke, or the judge thereof in vacation, to appoint a bail com-
missioner for the city of Roanoke, approved March twenty-fourth,
nineteen hundred and twenty-six, be and the same is hereby re-
pealed, and all powers and duties of any bail commissioner ap-
pointed under said act are hereby abolished.
