Approved March 1, 1926.
1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it shall
be unlawful for any person to kill or capture for sale, or to sell, wild
rabbits in Orange county for a period of two years from the date this
act becomes effective.
2. Any person violating this act shall be deemed guilty of a misde-
meanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than ten
dollars.
3. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its pas-
sage.
