Chap. 71.—An ACT to extend the time within which the board of supervisors
of Lunenburg ceunty, Virginia, shall be empowered to levy a special tax
in certain school districts in the said county. [H B 199]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
authority granted the board of supervisors of the county of Lunen-
burg, by chapter thirty-five of the acts of the general assembly for
nineteen hundred and twenty-three, to levy a special tax in certain
districts of the said county for the purposes therein mentioned is here-
by extended for a period of five years from the expiration of the period
therein named.
