Chap. 66.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled an act to provide a special road
law for the county of Bland; to provide for the working and keeping in
repair of the public roads in said county and to create separate district
road commissions or road boards in each of the several magisterial dis-
tricts of said county; and to repeal all acts in conflict herewith so far
as they relate to the provisions of this act relating to the county of Bland,
approved March, 14, 1924. fH B 142]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an
act entitled an act to provide a special road law for the county of
Bland; to provide for the working and keeping in repair of the public
roads in said county and to create separate district road commissions °
or road-boards in each of the several magisterial districts of said
county; and to repeal all acts in conflict herewith so far as they relate
to the provisions of this act relating to the county of Bland, approved
Marth fourteenth, nineteen hundred and twenty-four, be, and the
same is hereby, repealed.
2. The general State road laws now or hereafter in force shall
apply to the said county of Bland.
3. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its pas-
sage.
