Chap. 61.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors ‘of Princess Anne
county to accept such amounts as it may consider just from the land-
owners of Pungo drainage district, No. 1, in the said county in full
settlement of a survey bill and any other bills now due the county with

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
board of supervisors of Princess Anne county be, and it is hereby, auth-
orized and empowered, in its discretion, to accept such amounts as
it may consider just from the landowners of Pungo drainage district,
Humber one, in full settlement of a survey bill and any other bills now
due the said county with regard to said: drainage district.
