_ Approved February 26, 1926.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
title to all property, both real and personal, now standing in the name
of the former dispensary board of Jerusalem magisterial district, ir
the county of Southampton, Virginia, shall, by operation of law, be
vested in the town of Courtland in the said county, immediately upon
the taking effect of this act.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its pas-
sage.
