duties of the board of supervisors of Scott county, Virginia, and directing
them to publish amount of funds received and expended by them and fixing
a penalty for their failure to do so, approved March 7, 1924. [H B 97}

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That sec-
tion three of an act entitled an act to regulate the duties of the board
of supervisors of Scott county, Virginia, and directing them to pub-
lish amount of funds received and expended by them and fixing a
penalty for their failure to do so, approved March seventh, nineteen
hundred and twenty-four, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its pas-
sage.
