Chap. 572.—An ACT to authorize the board of the Virginia Teachers Colleges.

and the council of the city of Radford to exchange certain strips of land

Approved March 25, 1926.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
board of the Virginia teachers colleges be, and it is hereby authorized,
in the discretion of the board, to exchange a part of a narrow strip of
the land of the State teachers college at Radford, lying on the north
side of the roadway connecting with and extending eastward from
“irst or Norwood street, which would permit the widening ol this
-oadway as far as practicable to conform with said street, for a larger
yiece of land adjoining the north side of this college land mentioned
ind lying between it and the right of way of the Norfolk and Western
ailway company, which piece of land is now used as a roadway of the
ity of Radford, a very short distance from and parallel with the
\bove-mentioned roadway. And the council of the city of Radford
s hereby authorized on its part to make such exchange.
