Chap. 525.—An ACT to authorize licensed manufacturers to sell and deliver to
licensed dealers without payment of any additional license tax. [H B 12]

Approved March 25, 1926.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That any
person, firm or corporation licensed to manufacture in any city, town,
or county in this State shall be entitled to sell and deliver in any man-
ner the goods so manufactured to any licensed dealer anywhere in this
State without the payment of any additional tax in any form to any
city, town or county.

2. All acts or parts of acts in so far as the same are in conflict
herewith, are hereby repealed.
