the circuit courts in the thirteenth judicial circuit. fH B 396]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
time of holding the regular terms of the circuit courts of the thirteenth
judicial circuit shall be as follows:
Gloucester county.—The first Monday in January, March, May,
July, September and November.
Mathews county.—The third Monday in January, March, May,
July, September and November.
Middlesex county.—The fourth Monday in January, March, May.
July, September and November.
King William county.—The first Monday in February, April
June, August, October and December.
King and Queen county.—The second Monday in February, April
June, August, October and December.
2. The judge of said judicial circuit may, from time to time
change the day for the cémmencement of the terms of his courts, or
any of them, as provided by section fifty-eight hundred and ninety:
three of the Code of Virginia, as amended.
