Chap. 437.—An ACT tor the protection of foxes in the counties of Fluvanna
and Goochland and Louisa. [H B 319]

Approved March 24, 1926.

1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it shall
be unlawful for any person to hunt, chase, kill or capture foxes in the
counties of Fluvanna, Goochland and Louisa between March first and
September first, of each year, except upon land owned by such person.

2. Any person violating this act shall be deemed guilty of mis-
demeanor, and upcn convicticn thereof, shall be fined not less than
ten nor more than fifty dollars for each offense.
