Chap. 427.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled an act to authorize the board of
supervisors of Isle of Wight county to issue bonds or other obligations of
said county, for the purposes of reimbursing certain road associations and of
financing the construction of certain sections of the State highway system in
said county; to levy taxes to pay the interest on and to create a sinking fund
for said bonds, approved March 14, 1924; and to repeal an act entitled, an
act to authorize the county school board of Isle of Wight county to borrow
money not in excess of $20,000, and to issue bonds therefor, for the purpose
of defraying expenses incurred and to be incurred in erecting and furnishing
a new public school building at Carrsville in Windsor school district; and to
provide for the payment of the interest thereon and the principal thereof at
maturity, approved March 14, 1924. [H B 514}

1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act
entitled an act to authorize the board of supervisors of Isle of Wight
county to issue bonds or other obligations of said county, for the pur-
pose of reimbursing certain road associations and of financing the
construction of certain sections of the State highway system in said
county; to levy taxes to pay the interest on and to create a sinking
fund for said bonds, approved March fourteenth, nineteen hundred
and twenty-four; and an act entitled an act to authorize the county
school board of Isle of Wight county to borrow money not in excess
of twenty thousand dollars, and to issue its bonds therefor, for the
purpose of defraying expenses incurred and to be incurred in erecting
and furnishing a new public school building at Carrsville in Windsor
school district; and to provide for the payment of the interest thereon
and the principal thereof at maturity, approved March fourteenth,
nineteen hundred and twenty-four, be, and they are hereby, repealed.
