Chap. 38.—An ACT to authorize hunting licenses to be issued to persons in
the military and naval service of the United States while stationed in Vir-
ginia for same fees as charged citizens of the State. [S B 45]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That any
person commissioned or enlisted in the army, navy, or marines of the
United States of America, while stationed or located in Virginia, may
obtain hunting licenses by paying the same fees as are charged resi-
dents of this State for hunting.
2. Nothing in this act shall be construed to apply to any employee
of the Federal government other than those regularly commissioned
or enlisted in the military or naval service of the United States.
