Wise and Dickenson counties, except with hook and line; and penalty there-

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it
shall be unlawful for any person to catch or destroy, in any of the
waters of Wise and Dickenson counties, any fish, in any way except
by angling with hook and line; any person violating any of the pro-
visions of this act shall be fined not less than five dollars, nor more
than five hundred dollars, or confined in the county jail not less than
five nor more than thirty days for the first offense, either one or both;
and for the second or subsequent offense shall be both fined and jailed
as prescribed above.
