Chap. 313.—An ACT to prescribe the time for the holding of courts of the
sixth judicial circuit. [S B 329]

Approved March 24, 1926.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
time for the holding of the courts of the sixth judicial circuit shall
be as follows:

Lynchburg: Third Monday in January, March, May, July, Sep-
tember and November.

Campbell county: Second Monday in January, March, May,
July, September and November.

The judge of such courts may from time to time change the days
for the commencement of such terms or any of them, as provided
by general law.
