Chap. 307.—An ACT. authorizing the board of supervisors of Roanoke and
lloyd counties to ntake appropriations for the expenses of the judge of the
twentieth judicial circuit. ([S B 328]

Approved March 24, 1926.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the board of supervisors of Roanoke and Floyd counties are hereby
severally authorized to appropriate and pay annually such sums as
said boards may deem proper for the expenses of the judge of the
twentieth judicial circuit, provided that the amount annually ap-
propriated by the board of supervisors of Roanoke county shall
not exceed four hundred dollars, and the amount annually appropri-
ated by the board of supervisors of Floyd county shall not exceed
two hundred and fifty dollars.
