Approved March 23, 1926.
1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it shall
be unlawful for any person to take fish from Powell’s river or its
tributaries from the fifteenth day of April until the first day of June,
so far as said river and tributaries extend in Lee county, Virginia.
2. Any person violating this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
and shall be punished by a fine of not less than five nor more than
twenty dollars for each offense.
