Chap. 243.—An ACT to provide for the taking of a school census of all persons
between the ages of seven and twenty years residing in Lee school district in
Shenandoalt county, who may be mmates of the Hines Memorial Pythian
Home, located in said district. [H B 415]

1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That a time
prior to June first, nineteen hundred and twenty-seven, designated by
the State superintendent of public instruction, a census of all persons
between the ages of seven and twenty years residing in Lee school dis-
trict in Shenandoah county, who may be inmates of the Hines Mem-
orial Pythian Home, located in said district, shall be taken on forms
furnished by the superintendent of public instruction, according to the
provisions contained in section six hundred and fifty-three of the Code
of Virginia, and when so taken, the State board of education shall add
the same to the school census of Shenandoah county and apportion
funds thereon, beginning July first, nineteen hundred and twenty-
seven, for the remainder of the quinquennial period.
