Chap. 229.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors, or the supervisor
of any magisterial district, of Loudoun county, to join with the State roads
commission of Maryland for the purpose of purchasing the approaches and
the interstate highway bridge across the Potomac river at Brunswick, Mary-
land, and to provide funds for such purpose. [S B 212]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
ooard of supervisors, or the supervisor of any magisterial district, of
Loudoun county, is hereby authorized to join with the State roads
commission of Maryland in the purchase of the approaches and inter-
state highway bridge across the Potomac river at Brunswick, Mary-
and, to pay therefor one-half of the cost of said bridge and approaches,
not to exceed fifty thousand ($50,000.00) dollars, and to provide such
‘unds from the county or district levy along with such State money
aid-as may be apportioned for this purpose by the board of super-
