Chap. 150.—An ACT to authorize the State Highway Commission of Virginia
to join with the State Roads Commission of Maryland to purchase the inter-
state highway bridge, and approaches, over the Potomac river near Point of
Rocks, Maryland, and to use funds appropriated for the construction of
roads and bridges on the State highway system for such purpose. [S B 211]

Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the State
highway commission of Virginia is hereby authorized and empowered
to join with the State roads commission of Maryland to purchase the
interstate highway bridge and approaches, over the Potomac river
near Point of Rocks, Maryland, connecting the Virginia State high-
way route number two (known now as thirty-two) with the Mary-
land State highway system and to pay one-half the cost of the same,
not to exceed fifty thousand ($50,000.00) dollars, provided the State
roads commission of Maryland will pay the other half. Payments
to be made out of funds provided for the construction of roads and
bridges on the State highway system.
