4. Be it. enacted by the. general assembly of Virginia, That santion
twenty-three of.an act entitled an aet to amend the charter of the town
of Big Stone Gap, and to legalize certain acts of the town council,
approved February twenty-eighth, eighteen mumnctre. and ninety, be,
and the same is hereby, repealed. .

2. An emergency. Saauings this act shal bei in force from its passage.
