Chap. 459.—An ACT to provide for the payment of $3,052.00 to C. W. Coleman,
judge of the first judicial circuit, for mileage and traveling expenses, as pro-
vided by law. (S B 321]

Whereas, C. W. Coleman, judge of the first judicial circuit, has
submitted to the auditor of public accounts a statement duly verified,
showing that there is due him from tke State of Virginia, for mileage
and traveling expenses, the sum of three thousand and fifty-two dollars;
and
Whereas, the auditor of public accounts has no funds with which
to pay the amount hereinbefore mentioned; now, therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That there
be, and is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the State treasury
not otherwise appropriated, the sum of three thousand and fifty-two
dollars, to pay C. W. Coleman, judge of the first judicial circuit, the
aforesaid claim for mileage and expenses; and the auditor of public
accounts is hereby directed to draw his warrant in favor of the said
C. W. Coleman for the said sum.
