Chap. 425.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 202, of the Code of Virginia
as heretofore amended, which section is in chapter 14 of the said Code relating

to absent voters.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
two hundred and two of the Code of Virginia as heretofore amended,
be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

Section 202. Absent voter may vote.—Any voter who may be ab-
sent from the city, if in a city, or from the precinct or county, if in a
county, in which he is registered, may vote; provided,
