Chap. 38.—An ACT to continue the salaries of the judges of the first and tenth

Whereas, by an act approved January 31, 1918, the annual salary of
the Judges of the tenth judicial circuit was fixed at four thousand dol-

Whereas, by an act approved January 30th, 1922, the annual salary
of the Judge of the first judicial circuit was fixed at four thousand dol-

Whereas, by an act approved February lst, 1924, the provisions fix-
ing the salaries aforesaid at four thousand dollars per annum were un-
intentionally omitted; Now, therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
annual salaries of thé judges of the first and tenth judicial circuits shall
continue to be four thousand dollars each, the whole of which salaries
shall be paid out of the State treasury, but the State shall be reimbursed
therefor to the extent and in the manner provided by section thirty-
four hundred and sixty-six of the Code of Virginia, as amended.
