Chap. 363.—An ACT authorizing the board of supervisors of the counties of
Gloucester, Mathews, King and Queen, King William and Middlesex to make
appropriations for the expenses of the Judge of the thirteenth judicial circuit.

Approved March 20, 1924.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
boards of supervisors of the counties of Gloucester, Mathews, King and
Queen, King William and Middlesex be, and they are hereby, severally
authorized to appropriate annually not exceeding two hundred and fifty
dollars each, for the expenses of the judge of the thirteenth judicial
circuit.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its passage.
