out of the town and neighborhood of Pennington Gap, Lee county, Virginia,

Approved March 20, 1924.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act
entitled an act to create a school district out of the town and neighbor-
hood of Pennington Gap, Lee county, Virginia, approved February
seventeenth, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, is hereby repealed.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its passage.
