Chap. 321.—An ACT to amend and re-enact an act entitled an act prescribing the
time of holding the regular terms of court of the twentieth judicial circuit,
approved March 23, 1922, as amended by an act approved March 24, 1923
and prescribing the time of holding the regular terms of the thirty-third
judicial circuit. {H B 330]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act
entitled an act prescribing the time of holding the regular terms of
court of the twentieth judicial circuit, approved March twenty-third,
nineteen hundred and twenty-two, as amended by an act approved
March twenty-fourth, nineteen hundred and twenty-three, be amended
and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
Section 1. The time of holding the regular terms of the courts of
the twentieth judicial circuit shall be as follows:
Roanoke city.—The first day of March and the fifteenth day of May,
September and December. .
Montgomery county.—The first days of February, July, October
and December, and fifteenth day of April.
Roanoke county.—The first days of January, April, June, Septem-
ber and November and the fifteenth day of February.
Floyd county.—The fifteenth days of January, March, July and
October and the first day of May.
Section 2.—The time of holding the regular terms of the courts of
the thirty-third judicial circuit shall be as follows:
Wise county.—The fourth Monday in February, the fourth Monday
in May, the fourth Monday in July and the third Monday in November.
Section 3.—The judges of the said judicial circuits may, from time
to time, change the days for the commencement of the terms of their
courts, or any of them, as provided in section fifty-eight hundred and
ninety-three of the Code of Virginia, as amended.
