1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the

boards of supervisors of the several counties and councils of the several

cities and towns be, and they are hereby severally authorized and em-

powered to make appropriations out of their local treasuries in an

amount not to exceed five hundred dollars each to the Manassas Battle-
field Confederate Park, Incorporated.
