1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
an act entitled “An act to prescribe the open season for the
hunting, killing or capturing in the counties of Fluvanna, Gooch.
land, Buckingham and Cumberland, of all the game birds and
game animals protected by the laws of this State, and to prohibit
the tracking of wild turkeys and rabbits in the snow at any
time in the said counties,” approved March twenty-fourth,
nineteen hundred and twenty, be, and the same is, hereby re-
pealed.
