CHAP. 67.—An ACT to amend and re-enact an act entitled “An act au-
thorizing the boards of supervisors of Princess Anne and Isle of Wight
counties to make appropriations for the expenses of the judge of the
twenty-eighth judicial circuit,” approved March 23, 1922. [H B 73]

Approved March 21, 1923.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
an act entitled “An act authorizing the boards of supervisors
of Princess Anne and Isle of Wight counties to make appropria-
tions for the expenses of the judge of the twenty-eighth judicial
circuit,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and
twenty-two, be amended and re-enacted to read as follows:

Section 1. The boards of supervisors of Princess Anne and
Isle of Wight counties are hereby authorized to appropriate an-
nually not exceeding five hundred dollars and three hundred and
fifty dollars, respectively, for the expenses of the judge of the
twenty-eighth, judicial circuit.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its
passage.
