Chap. 62.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled “An act to amend and re-enact
an act entitled an act to prohibit fishing within 500 yards of the mill
dam across Clinch river at Speers Ferry, Scott county, Virginia, ap-
proved March 24, 1914,” as further amended by an act approved March
13, 1918. [fH B 66]

Approved March 21, 1928.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
an act entitled “An act to amend and re-enact an act entitled an
act to prohibit fishing within five hundred yards of the mill
dam across Clinch river at Speers ferry, Scott county, Virginia,
approved March thirteenth, nineteen hundred and twelve, as
amended by an act approved March twenty-fourth, nineteen
hundred and fourteen,” as further amended by an act approved
March thirteenth, nineteen hundred and eighteen, be, and the
same is hereby repealed.

2. An emergency existing by reason of the conflict in the
existing laws on the subject of fishing, this act shall be in force
from its passage.
