Chap. 72.—An ACT to amend and re-enact an act entitled an act to provide for
the protection of the wild life in the county of Clarke, approved March

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act
entitled an act to provide for the protection of the wild life in the
county of Clarke, approved March nineteenth, nineteen hundred and
twenty, be amended and re-enacted to read as follows:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful to hunt, kill or capture any pheas-
ants, wild turkeys, quail or rabbits in the county of Clarke between
the first day of January and the fifteenth day of November.
Section 2. It shall be unlawful for any person to take or capture
in the waters of Clarke county any trout or bass by means of fish pots,
gigging or trot lines. |
Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this act
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined
not less than five nor more than twenty-five dollars.
2. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with this act are hereby
repealed.
