Chap. 321.—An ACT authorizing the boards of supervisors of Alleghany,
Botetourt, Bath and Craig counties and the council of the city of Clifton
Forge to make appropriations for the expenses of the judge of the nine-
teenth judicial circuit. [S B 438]
"Approved March 20, 1922.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
boards of supervisors of Alleghany, Botetourt, Bath and Craig coun-
ties and the council of the city of Clifton Forge are hereby severally
authorized to appropriate annually such sums as the said boards and
council may deem proper, for the expenses of the judge of the nine-
teenth judicial circuit; provided, that the amounts annually appro-
priated for such purpose by the said boards of supervisors and coun-
cil shall not exceed the following sums, respectively :
Alleghany county, three hundred dollars.
Botetourt county, two hundred dollars.
Bath county, one hundred dollars.
Craig county, fifty dollars.
City of Clifton Forge, one hundred dollars.
2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its
passage.
