Chap. 197.-An ACT to prohibit the use of giant powder, dynamite and other

explosive substances injurious to fish, in any of the water courses of Lee
county. [H B 443]
Approved March 15, 1922.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it
shall be unlawful for any person or persons to use giant powder,
dynamite or other explosive substances for the destruction of fish,
in any of the water courses of Lee county.

2. <Any person violating any of the provisions of this act shall
upon conviction thereof be fined not less than fifty nor more than
two hundred dollars, and be imprisoned in jail not less than thirty
nor more than sixty days.
