1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an
act entitled an act to constitute the town of Salem and adjoining
territory a separate school district, approved February twenty-third,
eighteen hundred and eighty-eight, as amended by an act approved
February ninth, nineteen hundred, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force: from its
passage.
