Chap. 195.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled an act to incorporate the town
of Madison, in the county of Madison, approved March 20, 1875. [H B 389]

Approved March 15, 1922.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an
act entitled an act to incorporate the town of Madison, in the county
of Madison, approved March twenty, eighteen hundred and seventy-
five, be, and the same is, hereby repealed.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its
passage. ‘
