1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it
shall be unlawful for any person, without the written consent of the
owner, to shoot from any duck blind belonging to another in the
waters: of the Potomac -river adjoining the county of Stafford. —
Any person violating the provisions of this act shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined not less than five nor more than
ten dollars.
