1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That that
part of primary road No. 9 of the State highway system, as estab-
lished by an act approved January thirty-first, nineteen hundred and
eighteen, leading from Richmond through Mineral, Louisa, Trevilians,
Cobham, Charlottesville, Afton, Waynesboro to Staunton, is hereby
designated, and shall be hereafter known as, The Jefferson Highway.
