1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an
act entitled an act to provide a cottage at Catawba sanatorium for
tubercular teachers, approved March fourteenth, nineteen hundred and
eighteen, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
1. That the sum of ten thousand dollars be, and the same is here-
by, appropriated to build a cottage for tubercular teachers at Catawba;
provided the sum of ten thousand dollars is contributed to this fund
by the State Teachers’ Association.
Z. The State board of health shall have full charge of erecting
said cottage and all moneys used for this purpose shall be paid out
on vouchers issued by the State board of health.
3. Admittance to the teachers’ cottage shall be on recommenda-
tion of the State Teachers’ Association, and under regulations pre-
scribed by the State board of health.
