Chap. 43.—An ACT authorizing the board of supervisors of Brunswick county
to distribute certain portions of the general county levy funds among the
various districts for road purposes. [H B 6]

Approved February 10, 1920.

Whereas, there is now in the general county levy funds of Bruns-
wick county an amount in excess of the demands which will have
to be paid out of said funds; and, :

Whereas, the funds now available for the district roads in the
various districts of the said county are not sufficient to meet the
neccessary expenditures to be made for said district roads; therefore,

Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
board of supervisors of Brunswick county is authorized and em-
powered to distribute the said excess of the general county levy funds
of the said county amoung the various districts in the proportion
that said districts contribute to said funds, or a sufficient portion
thereof to meet the demand for district roads.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force form its
passage. :
